Bristol is the largest city in the South West of England and is located 120 miles west of London, 80 miles south of Birmingham, 78 miles north east of Exeter and 50 miles east of Cardiff. Enveloped in the hills of South West England, Bristol is a centre for culture, with centuries old heritage and a creative flair.

Central Bristol is the heart of the City, with plenty of things to do and attractions including the Bristol Hippodrome, Bristol Shopping Quarter, Bristol’s Old City and Bristol Old Vic, Park Street and College Green and Christmas Steps Arts Quarter.

The city benefits from very good strategic road links, bing located at the intersection of the M4 and M5 motorways.

Bristol has two mainline rail stations: Temple Meads in the city centre (fastest journey time to London, Paddington – 1 hour 40 minutes) and Parkway, 5 miles to the north of the city centre (fastest journey time to London, Paddington – 1 hour 20 minutes).

The city also has an international airport which is located 7 miles south of the city centre

Queens Road is perfectly located, with great transport links connecting to the City centre, Clifton village and north Bristol. Temple Meads railway station is a short taxi ride away. If you are keen walker, the beautiful Downs and surrounding areas can be reached on foot from Queens Road in under 20 Minutes.
